Completing today's mission for a country counts as one submission — it adds that day's push-up target to the country's running total and counts once toward that country's contributor tally. There's no separate rep-by-rep logging; completing the mission is the unit of contribution.

The mission resets at midnight UTC. Wherever you are in the world, the same push-up target is live for the same 24-hour UTC day, and a fresh one begins at 00:00 UTC.
